Southern Isles Championships

I am setting a goal for myself. I'm going to compete in the Southern Isles Championships bodybuilding tournament on June 25th in Georgia. I've got two months to prepare for it. This will be my first tournament and I plan on competing in the Wheelchair Nationals next year!
